Weekend Warriors, unite! We’re now well into July, but not even the high heat of summer can keep adventurers like us inside!
I’ve scoured the web and found another awesome set of five photos from our fellow Weekend Warriors’ blogs. We’ve got rock climbers, trail hikers, Everest attackers, and even a newly-minted kid Warrior. Take a gander at the pics below and then head on over to their blog sites for more photos, stories, and details of their exciting exploits.

Here are the top 5 pictures I found this week for Weekend Warrior Wednesday. Hope you’ll share your comments below!
Jack’s training days are over: after conquering Australia’s Uluru, he’s now an official Weekend Warrior! Jack and his family’s climb (which was VERY respectful to the beauty and spirit of this sacred rock) is documented in gorgeously vivid photography on their blog. / Are We There Yet?
Day 64 of Jon and Keith’s Pacific Crest Trail trek took them to Tuolomne Meadows. Here, Joe–a fellow traveler they met in Mammoth–is working his way along the trail. Check out that view behind him! And check out their blog for more awesome pics! / Jon and Keith’s Excellent Adventure
Check out Dave, a true Weekend Warrior, as he hangs out on The Great Arch of Scotland’s Pabbay. At this point, he’s abbing in to do the Prophecy of Drowning. Yikes! Hit up his blog for more killer photos from the trip! / Dave MacLeod
It takes real Warriors to attack Everest. Thomas Laemmle and his Amical Team are just that. Here’s their camp set up last weekend at 5,050 meters. Go team! / 4×8000
Drew takes a break by the Gunnison River at the bottom of Black Canyon in western Colorado. Check out the blog for more pics and details of this awesome weekend trip. / The Blonde Coyote
Every Wednesday we’ll be gathering the best outdoor photos from around the web from outdoor junkies and weekend warriors like you! If you got a photo you want featured, send it my way!
